Terms and Conditions of Use

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" or "tmk4d" — refers to the website, services, applications and all products operated under the tmk4d name.
• "User" or "Member" — any individual who registers and uses tmk4d services.
• "Account" — a user profile officially registered at tmk4d, protected by a username and password.
• "Funds" — the cash balance in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) held in a user's account.
• "Bonus" — additional credit value granted by tmk4d to users subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering" — the total amount of bets that must be placed before a bonus or winnings derived from a bonus may be withdrawn.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing or using the tmk4d platform in any way, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document, together with the tmk4d Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines announced from time to time.

These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and tmk4d as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any provision, you are not permitted to use this platform.

3 User Eligibility

To register and use the tmk4d platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be an individual who is legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or subject to any restriction imposed by tmk4d or any relevant authority.
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another party.
• Not intend to use the platform for fraud, money laundering or any unlawful activity.

tmk4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm that eligibility requirements are met. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same name, phone number, email or payment method — is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. tmk4d is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information.

The account password is the user's sole responsibility. tmk4d recommends using a strong password and not sharing login credentials with anyone.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to all financial transactions at tmk4d:

• The minimum deposit for all methods is RM10 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal for all methods is RM100 per request.
• Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to review for security reasons.
• tmk4d reserves the right to delay withdrawal requests that require further review without a fixed timeframe.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

tmk4d offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements and must be fulfilled before withdrawals are permitted.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum value of RM300. This bonus requires wagering of 15 times the bonus amount received. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance becomes RM200 → wagering required: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM800 → bonus RM300 → balance becomes RM1,100 → wagering required: RM300 × 15 = RM4,500

General rules for all tmk4d bonuses:

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user.
• tmk4d reserves the right to cancel a bonus if its terms of use are not met or if there are signs of fraud.
• All promotions may be modified or discontinued by tmk4d without prior notice.

7 Game Rules

All games offered at tmk4d — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games and arcade games — are subject to their respective game rules displayed within the game interface. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets.

In the event of any dispute regarding game results, tmk4d's system records shall be considered final. tmk4d uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure game fairness. Any technical disruption during a game session will be resolved based on available technical records.

Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under conditions specified by the relevant game rules. Winnings generated through suspected illegitimate means may be held pending investigation.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Identity fraud or false verification during registration or account verification.
• Money laundering or use of the platform for unlawful financial purposes.
• Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities with the intent of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Collusion between users to manipulate the bonus or game system.
• Making threats or abusing tmk4d support staff.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the tmk4d support team. Valid balances will be returned after the verification process is complete, subject to the withdrawal terms set out in Clause 5.

tmk4d reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately if there is:

• A breach of any terms contained in this document.
• A request from a relevant authority or regulatory body.
• Strong evidence of fraud or system abuse.
• Confirmation that the user does not meet the age eligibility requirement of 21 years.
• A technical situation requiring immediate action to protect the integrity of the platform.

Accounts closed due to a breach of terms are not eligible for a refund of any bonus or promotional credit for which the wagering requirement has not been met.

10 Personal Data Protection

tmk4d collects and processes users' personal data for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, regulatory compliance and service improvement. All data is processed in accordance with the tmk4d Privacy Policy, which can be found on our Privacy Policy page.

tmk4d uses SSL encryption and appropriate technical security measures to protect user information from unauthorised access, disclosure or destruction. Data will not be shared with third parties except where required for legitimate operational needs or legal obligations.

11 Liability Limits

tmk4d provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, suitability or continuous availability of the service. To the extent permitted by law, tmk4d is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by technical factors, maintenance or third parties.
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of a user's account.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Users acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.

12 Amendments to Terms

tmk4d reserves the right to amend, improve or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice being required. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing this document periodically to ensure they remain aware of the latest applicable terms.

Continued use of the tmk4d platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you may contact our support team for further clarification or choose to close your account.
